This is a simple recipe to achieve a juicy and delicious turkey this Christmas, the filling can vary since the turkey recipe is very basic and goes well with almost all the fillings of your preference and the garnishes of your liking.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 tablespoons white pepper
  • 2 tablespoons salt with onion
  • 1 wheat pasta, to inject the turkey
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 turkey

Preparation

Take a special plastic bag for oven and empty a tablespoon of flour, hold the bag closed and shake the flour. Place it on your turkey baking dish and leave it open to later put the turkey in it.
Melt the butter in a mug in the microwave for about 30 seconds or until melted. Have the cup with white wine and your melted butter on hand along with the syringe and your turkey on a tray.
Take the syringe, suck the melted butter slowly and inject it into the turkey meat, inject the breast, legs, thighs, etc. At the end you will have a little bit of melted butter left over, save it we will use it for the inside of the turkey and the surface. Now we will do the same but with the white wine, inject it everywhere until you finish the cup.
Now you are going to take the melted butter that is left with your fingers and you are going to smear them inside the turkey and all over its skin. Then mix the white pepper with the onion salt and you are going to sprinkle it over the whole turkey and inside to make it stick. And that's it!
Put the turkey in the bag very carefully, close it with the special plastic tape that comes with the bag, put it in your fridge and put it in the refrigerator for about 3 or 4 hours, you can leave it marinating overnight and it will taste better. To bake it, preheat the oven to about 180 degrees and when you introduce the turkey, raise the temperature to 250 degrees and leave it for about 4 or 5 hours depending on the size of your turkey. It will be ready when, when you check the meat, you puncture it and the juices come out transparent. It is delicious and very tender, enjoy it and Merry Christmas to all!

PRESENTATION

You can make your filling and at the time of serving it on your beautiful tray, place a little of your filling in the hole of the turkey, as well as some sauteed vegetables or some potatoes around it, or if you made mashed potatoes with a duya, place the puree.

TIPS

Once your turkey is cooked, open the bag, moisten it with the same broth and put it in the oven for another 10 minutes so that it is golden brown on top but be careful not to dry out, we only want it to take a tan color.
