Turkey with Fruit Punch Sauce

The turkey recipe with fruit punch sauce is exquisite, where you take advantage of the fruit that is left over from the punch from the previous day. A very simple preparation that doesn't take up much time and that will make you look good with your guests.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 250 grams butter
  • 1/2 bunches fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 20 grams salt
  • 10 grams pepper
  • 1 smoked turkey
  • 500 grams fruit, that was used to make the punch (for the sauce)
  • 1/2 cloves minced garlic, (for the sauce)
  • 5 grams butter, (for the sauce)
  • 10 grams salt, (for the sauce)
  • 20 grams piloncillo, grated (for the sauce)

Preparation

Mix the melted butter with the parsley, salt and pepper. Varnish the turkey with the previous mixture, place in the turkey bag and bake at 200 ° C for 1 hour.
Remove the bag and brush with more butter until golden brown and cooked.
For the sauce, blend the fruit with the garlic and previously melted butter. Salt and pepper and sweeten with the brown sugar. If the consistency is very thick add a little water and stir until integrated.

PRESENTATION

Serve with the sauce.

TIPS

Use unsalted butter.
