The recipe for turkey with fruit punch sauce is exquisite, where you can take advantage of the fruit that you have over the previous day's punch. A very simple preparation, that does not take much time and that will make you look great with your guests.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 250 grams butter
  • 1/2 bunches fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 20 grams salt
  • 10 grams black pepper
  • 1 smoked turkey
  • 1 turkey oven bag
  • 500 grams fruit, that was used to make the punch (for the sauce)
  • 1/2 cloves ground garlic, (for the sauce)
  • 5 grams butter, (for the sauce)
  • 10 grams salt, (for the sauce)
  • 20 grams piloncillo, grated (for sauce)

Preparation

Mix the melted butter with the parsley, salt and pepper. Varnish the turkey with the previous mixture, add it to the turkey bag and bake at 170 ° C for 40 minutes.
Remove the bag and varnish with more butter until golden brown.
For the sauce, blend the fruit with the garlic and the previously melted butter. Salt and pepper with the piloncillo. If the consistency is very thick add a little water and move to integrate.

PRESENTATION

Serve accompanied by the sauce.

TIPS

Use butter without salt.
