The turkey breast recipe filled with grapes is perfect for when you want to cook the turkey in a different way. It is a delicious breast stuffed with grapes, almonds and spices, the sweet flavor of the ingredients with the turkey, combines perfectly.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 Turkey breast, open in savannah
  • 500 grams grape, green
  • 200 grams almond, filleted
  • 1/2 yellow onions, filleted
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 50 milliliters brandy
  • 20 grams paprika
  • 200 milliliters olive oil
  • 20 grams salt
  • 15 grams ground black pepper

Preparation

Heat the oil in a frying pan, sauté the garlic, then the onion, once seasoned, add the almonds and the grapes. Incorporate the brandy, season and reserve.
Salt the turkey breast, refill it with the sautéed (cold), wrap, tie and reserve.
Mix the rest of the oil with the paprika, with a brochette cover the breast with this preparation. Place the breast on a baking sheet.
Preheat the oven to 190 ° C, insert the breast covered with aluminum foil for 35 minutes.
Remove the turkey from the oven, uncover it and check the cooking status of the breast. Remove the thread from the turkey, varnish it with more oil and introduce it for another 15 minutes to brown it. Once this time has passed, remove it from the oven.
Cut and serve.

Es una delicia. Yo sustituí el pavo por pechuga de pollo y la paprika por pasta de tomates secados al sol y quedó sensacional. También lo hornee sobre una cama de espárragos como guarnición. Quedó espectacular.
