If you want a fresh and light meal or a delicious snack with few calories, I present the perfect recipe: cucumber rolls, ham and tomato. They are so easy to make, that you can even prepare them with your children.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 3 cucumbers
  • 250 grams Turkey ham, sliced
  • 1 Romaine lettuce
  • 3 roma tomatoes, cut into strips
  • 1/2 red onions, cut in sheets
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 30 chopsticks

Preparation

Slice the cucumber into thin slices, set aside in water.
Cut the ham into strips the same size as the cucumber.
Cut the lettuce leaves into strips, remove the heart from the lettuce so the leaves are flexible.
Place a strip of cucumber on a strip of ham, on top of these the tomato and purple onion, salt and roll, looking for tight. Secure with a toothpick so they do not disarm.

PRESENTATION

Serve them in a tray.

TIPS

You can substitute turkey ham for pork ham.
