Preparation
Slice the cucumber into thin slices, set aside in water.
Cut the ham into strips the same size as the cucumber.
Cut the lettuce leaves into strips, remove the heart from the lettuce so the leaves are flexible.
Place a strip of cucumber on a strip of ham, on top of these the tomato and purple onion, salt and roll, looking for tight. Secure with a toothpick so they do not disarm.
