Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 kilo ground beef, of Turkey
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cups amaranth
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, dehydrated
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cups greek yogurt, sugarfree
  • 1 lemon, juice and zest
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
In a bowl add ground turkey meat, with onion powder, amaranth, garlic powder, dried parsley, oregano, cumin, egg, yogurt, lemon juice. The zest and season to your liking with salt and pepper, mix and incorporate the ingredients well.
Shape perfect balls, inserted into skewer sticks.
Bake for 20 minutes on nonstick paper, remove from the oven, serve and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Serve the meatballs in brochetita accompanied by sauces and green leaves.

TIPS

You can accompany with tzatziki sauce it will be amazing to meatballs.
