Ingredients

20 portions
  • 1 smoked turkey, of 6 kg
  • 1.5 kilos ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 kilos dried fruit, and finely chopped seeds (walnuts, almonds, pine nuts, apples, apricots and cranberries)
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil, Extra Special
  • 1 pinch basil
  • 1 pinch bay (laurel)
  • 1 pinch oregano
  • 250 grams mashed tomatoes
  • 250 milliliters orange juice
  • 1 jar jam, of rosé wine

Preparation

Thaw the turkey 24 hours before its preparation at room temperature.
With a syringe for turkey, inject a mixture of 250 ml of rosé wine and 250 ml of orange juice. Place in a baking bag with the rest of the mixture.
Preheat the oven to maximum temperature and bake the turkey at 200 ° C for 30 minutes; the meat will feel soft (do not open the bag).
For the stuffing, sauté the garlic and onion with the olive oil in a saucepan.
Place the ground meat and fry until cooked through the seeds.
Add the tomato puree, completely impregnating the mixture.
Add the herbs and let boil 10 minutes.
Add the remaining 100ml of rosé wine to the mixture and boil for 10 more minutes.
Almost to finish, remove the turkey from the oven, open the bag and place on a baking tray.
Varnish the turkey completely with the pink wine jam.
Place the stuffing inside the turkey and leave the rest of the stuffing as the decoration of the dish.
Place in the oven for 15 minutes and serve.

Pésimamente mal hecha la receta. No menciona bien los ingredientes y la mermelada de vino rosado es casi imposible de conseguir.
