Preheat oven to 200 ° C.
On a board, flange the smoked turkey breast and reserve.
In a bowl, mix garlic, nutmeg, white pepper, rosemary and olive oil. Place the turkey breast and marina for 15 minutes.
Heat a deep pan and fry the breast until it gets a golden color. Place the breast with the marinade juice on a baking sheet and cover with foil.

For the sauce, heat the butter in a pan, add the onion with the garlic and cook until they have a brighter and more transparent color.
