Turkey Breast with Cheese Sauce

Prepare this spectacular recipe of baked turkey breast with a creamy sauce of green grapes with goat cheese and cream cheese, with white wine, with a touch of nutmeg. This recipe is ideal to share with your family during the Christmas season.

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1 piece of Turkey breast without bone, 700 g approximately
  • 1 clove of garlic finely chopped, to marinate turkey
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg to marinate turkey
  • 1 pinch of White pepper to marinate turkey
  • 1 tablespoon of rosemary finely chopped, to marinate turkey
  • 1/4 of Cup of olive oil to marinate turkey
  • 1 tablespoon of Butter
  • 1 clove of garlic finely chopped
  • 1/2 piece of onion finely chopped
  • 2 cups of seedless green grape cut in half, for the sauce and to decorate
  • 1/4 of Cup of White wine
  • 1/4 of Cup of milk
  • 1/2 Cup of evaporated milk
  • 1/2 Cup of cream cheese in cubes guys
  • 1 Cup of goat cheese fallen apart
  • 1/2 Cup of whipping cream
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
    On a flange board the smoked turkey breast and reserve.
    In a bowl, mix the garlic, nutmeg, white pepper, rosemary and olive oil. Place the turkey breast and marina for 15 minutes.
    Heat a deep pan and fry the brisket until golden. Place the breast with the marinade juice on a baking sheet and cover with aluminum foil.
    Bake for 20 minutes, remove from the oven, rest and reserve. On a board cut the sliced ​​turkey breast of your choice. Reservation.
    For the sauce, in a pan heat the butter, add the onion with the garlic and cook until they have a brighter and transparent color. Add half of the green grapes and continue sautéing, add white wine, milk, evaporated milk, whipping cream and cheeses. Cook until the cheeses are melted, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
    Serve on a plate the brisket with the sauce and green grapes, accompany with salad and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve breast salted with grapes and a fresh salad.

    TIPS

    You can use natural boneless turkey breast if you prefer.
