Turkey Breast with Cheese Sauce

Prepare this spectacular recipe for baked turkey breast, in green grape sauce. It also has goat cheese, cream cheese and whole milk Santa Clara, which gives it a very creamy texture. This recipe is white wine and has a touch of nutmeg, and is ideal to share with your family at Christmas time.

  • 1 Turkey breast, boneless, approximately 700 g
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped, to marinate turkey
  • 1 pinch nutmeg, to marinate turkey
  • 1 pinch White pepper, to marinate turkey
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary, finely chopped, to marinate turkey
  • 1/4 cups olive oil, to marinate turkey
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cups seedless green grape, cut in half, for the sauce and to decorate
  • 1/4 cups white wine
  • 1/4 cups Whole Milk Santa Clara®
  • 1/2 cups evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cups cream cheese, in cubes guys
  • 1 cup goat cheese, fallen apart
  • 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 pinch nutmeg


Preheat oven to 200 ° C.
On a board, flange the smoked turkey breast and reserve.
In a bowl, mix garlic, nutmeg, white pepper, rosemary and olive oil. Place the turkey breast and marina for 15 minutes.
Heat a deep pan and fry the breast until it gets a golden color. Place the breast with the marinade juice on a baking sheet and cover with foil.
Bake for 20 minutes, remove from oven, stand and reserve. On a board, cut the turkey breast into slices of your choice. Reservation.
For the sauce, heat the butter in a pan, add the onion with the garlic and cook until they have a brighter and more transparent color. Add half of the green grapes and continue to sauté, add the white wine, milk, evaporated milk, whipping cream and cheeses. Cook until the cheeses melt, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Serve on a plate the breast with the sauce and green grapes, accompany with salad and enjoy.


Serve the brisket with grapes and a fresh salad.


You can use natural boneless turkey breast if you prefer.
