Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 1/2 kilos turkey breast, tied up
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon seasoning for poultry
  • 1/4 onions, minced in a blender with 2 garlic cloves and 1 1/2 cups white wine
  • 3 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1/2 bars butter
  • 2 branches celery, finely chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 carrot, finely chopped
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons liquid seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Preparation

Spread the breast with the onion, add the seasonings, put in a food container and leave to marinate 3 hours or overnight.
Bake at 200 ºC with a thermometer, bathing it every 20 minutes with white wine so that it does not dry out.
In the butter, sauté the vegetables until they are colored about 20 minutes.
Add the beef consommé, the sherry, the maggi juice and the Worcestershire sauce, leave over low heat until the vegetables are cooked.
Strain pressing, return to the saucepan and add the turkey juice, thicken with beefsteak, add a little pepper (the beef has salt).
