Turkey Breast with Thyme Gravy

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 1/2 kilos Turkey breast, moored
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/4 onions, ground in the blender with 2 cloves of garlic and 1 1/2 cup white wine
  • 3 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1/2 bars butter
  • 2 branches celery, finely chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 carrot, finely chopped
  • 1 can beef bouillon
  • 2 tablespoons Maggi juice
  • 2 tablespoons English sauce

Preparation

Spread the breast with the onion, put the seasonings, put in a refactarium and let marinate 3 hours or overnight.
Bake at 200 ºC with a thermometer, bathing it every 20 minutes with white wine so it does not dry out.
In the butter, season the vegetables until they are colored like 20 minutes.
Add the beef consommé, the jeréz, the maggi juice and the English sauce, leave over a low heat until the vegetables are cooked.
Strain by squeezing, return to the saucepan and add the turkey juice, thicken with bisto, put a little pepper (the bisto has salt).
