Ingredients

  • 500 grams puff pastry
  • 500 grams Turkey breast
  • 400 milliliters whipping cream
  • 30 milliliters mustard
  • 1 twig rosemary
  • 250 grams cambray potato, cut in short
  • 2 chipotle chilies
  • 10 grams salt
  • 5 grams ground pepper
  • 30 grams butter
  • 1 shallot

Preparation

Cut the turkey breast into cubes, sauté with butter and finely chopped shallot.
Add the cream, mustard, chili and rosemary. Season and incorporate the potatoes. Cook until the preparation thickens.
Stretch the puff pastry. Cut a circle the size of the mold and cover it with the dough. Empty the mixture and cover with a puff pastry grid.
Bake at 200 ° C for 20 minutes or until the puff pastry is well cooked.
