  • 500 grams of Turkey breast
  • 400 milliliters of whipping cream
  • 30 milliliters of mustard
  • 1 twig of rosemary
  • 250 grams of cambray potato cut in short
  • 2 pieces of chipotle chile pepper
  • 10 grams of Salt
  • 5 grams of ground pepper
  • 30 grams of Butter
  • 1 piece of shallot

    Preparation

    Cut the turkey breast into cubes, sauté with butter and finely chopped shallot.
    Add the cream, mustard, chili and rosemary. Season and incorporate the potatoes. Cook until the preparation thickens.
