Turkey Crepes with White Wine Sauce

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 6 crepes

  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 carrot, finely chopped
  • 1 branch celery, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • 1/2 cups parsley, chopped
  • 5 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1/2 sticks butter
  • 1/2 cups flour
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • nutmegs

Preparation

Add the onions, add the garlic, carrot and celery. Add the tomato and the pure, leave over medium heat to the vegetables are soft
