Preparation
Mix the meat with the onion, garlic, rice; the vegetables, parsley and the egg.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and knead a little with your hand until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. In case the mixture sticks a lot on the hands, add a little ground bread.
Form small balls with the help of a small spoon. Reserve.
Heat the tomato sauce and add the meatballs.
Cover and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes. To serve.
