A complete meal in a rich recipe of miniature meatball sponges. A combination of turkey and vegetables that go perfect and make this dish a culinary delight.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 500 grams of ground turkey
  • 2 teaspoons of onion finely chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic finely chopped
  • 1/4 of Cup of rice Cooked
  • 1 zucchini Italian grated or extra-fine chopped
  • 1 carrot grated or extra-fine chopped
  • 1 potato Superfine grated or chopped girl
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley chopped
  • 1 piece of egg
  • Salt to season
  • 1/2 Cup of ground bread (in necessary case)
  • 2 cups of tomato sauce seasoned
  • to taste of black pepper to season

    Preparation

    Mix the meat with the onion, garlic, rice; the vegetables, parsley and the egg.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste and knead a little with your hand until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. In case the mixture sticks a lot on the hands, add a little ground bread.
    Form small balls with the help of a small spoon. Reserve.
    Heat the tomato sauce and add the meatballs.
    Cover and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes. To serve.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with a little caldillo and rice. If you want to serve on spaghetti, just let the sauce thicken.

    TIPS

    To give a special touch you can add a peeled almond or raisin inside each meatball.
