Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 turkey breast, breaded
  • 1/4 cups Eva® spinach
  • 1/2 yellow bell peppers, cut into strips
  • 1/2 red peppers, cut into strips
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cups chili flake

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Spread aluminum foil on a board or tray, spread the turkey breast milanesa over the foil, add the fresh spinach and the peppers, season to your liking.
Form a roll with the stuffed breast, bathe with a few drops of olive oil and cover with chili flakes.
Wrap with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, unwrap the breast and serve on a bed of spinach.
