Preparation
In a large pan, heat the oil and seal the turkey strips; Remove them and reserve.
In the same pan, sauté the broccoli and the Indian walnut for 2 minutes over low heat.
In a deep bowl mix the orange juice, the soy sauce, the rice vinegar. And add this mixture with the broccoli and the walnut and let it boil.
Add the turkey to the pan and add the red pepper, boiling until the sauce thickens.
