Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 75 grams Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 4 turkeys, in fillets of 150 grams each
  • 10 branches chives, Finely chopped
  • black pepper

Preparation

In a bowl mix the cream, the cheese and add a little pepper to taste.
Heat the pan with the oil, add the turkey fillets, cook for 5 to 7 minutes depending on the thickness of the fillets. It should not be pink inside.
When the fillets are ready, serve them on a plate. Pour the mixture of cream and cheese into the skillet that you unoccupied and let it heat until it has a spreadable consistency.
Accompany the meat with the sauce and decorate with the chopped onion.
