Try this delicious recipe simple and sophisticated touch, you will surprise your family. You can accompany it with the wine of your preference.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 9 kilos Turkey
  • hemp twine
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 4 cups white wine
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sage, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons thyme, ,chopped
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, ,chopped
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • aluminum foil

Preparation

Tie the wings and legs with the thread, preheat the oven to 160 C,
Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat, olive oil, salt, pepper, let it cool the mixture injects the turkey,
In a bowl, mix the basil, sage, thyme, parsley and 1/2 cup of olive oil, honey and pepper.
Spread the skin of the turkey with the herbs and place it in a pavera, put it in the oven for 5 hours and cover it with aluminum foil. Remember to bathe it once in a while with the juices that go releasing. Uncover the turkey and bake half an hour more, so that the skin browns slightly.
Serve the turkey on a platter and decorate to your liking.
