Delicious recipe of Arabic tacos prepared with juicy beef, hummus and vegetables in a rich Arabic bread. They are a very simple recipe to prepare and you will surely love it.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1/2 kilos veal, cut into small cubes
  • 1 orange bell pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1 1/4 red onions, cut into thin strips
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • to taste fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • to taste Hummus Libanius®, of red pepper and basil
  • 6 Pan Pita Taquero Libanius®
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • to taste paprika

Preparation

Cut the vegetables, heat the pan and season the previously cut meat.
Put the olive oil and vegetables in the pan so that they start cooking, add the meat, let cook for a few minutes.
Add the previously cut tomatoes and with a little salt.
Heat the Arabic bread, spread hummus and place the meat on top.
Sprinkle coriander on top and go.

PRESENTATION

Presented as a buffet in a refractory; the hummus, the Arab breads by serparado and a small dish with cilantro;

TIPS

You can accompany white rice and jocoque.
