Ingredients

4 portions
  • 500 grams veal, chopped
  • 1/2 onions, cut into squares
  • 3 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
  • 100 grams ground bread
  • 2 eggs
  • to taste salt, and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika, powdered
  • 150 grams Ham
  • 100 grams cheese, in slices or slices
  • 100 grams bacon

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Place all the ingredients in a bowl, mix everything very well and on a piece of aluminum foil spread and flatten the meat creating a rectangle. Place from left to right the ham and the cheese on top, roll on itself helping you with the paper.
Place the bacon strips on top and cover with aluminum foil, bake for 20 minutes. Cut into slices and serve.
