Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 kilos veal, cut into four slices
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 2 eggs, milkshakes
  • 1/2 cups butter
  • 1 cup ground bread
  • to taste salt, to taste
  • 1 lemon

Preparation

Flatten the slices of beef with a meat hammer or with a heavy skillet (you can place the meat between egapack paper to make it easier).
Pass the slices of beef through flour, then through the egg and finally through the breadcrumbs.
In a large pan, melt the butter and fry the slices of veal until golden brown.
Serve them with sliced ​​lemon and French fries .
