Ingredients

5 portions
  • to taste chicken wing
  • 6 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1/4 bottles oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 broccoli
  • 6 cambray onion, girls
  • 1 1/2 cups Water
  • 1 tablespoon unflavored cornstarch, white

Preparation

The wings are cut into three pieces, the third part (the thinnest part) is discarded, marinated with soy sauce and salt, leave for an hour.
They are placed in the pan with oil and the wings are browned until they are well fried, and then they are removed and left to dry.
Chop the garlic, split the broccoli, the onions of chambray are split in half and they are discarded, and the green stem is chopped in slices.
In a cup of water put a spoonful of white cornstarch and dissolve.
Put the pan with a little oil to fry the garlic (which is not golden), make the onions and the broccoli is left to fry a little after the wings are done and put the ostion sauce on top stir everything that they grab in the flavor of the oyster sauce, the dissolved cornstarch is made and the remaining water, it is left a few seconds until it looks a little thick they are served and the slices of the stem of the onions are added as an ornament, they are accompanied with white rice and eat.

TIPS

Oyster sauce is available in the malls and soy sauce as well.
