Enjoy these beef steak rolls stuffed with Caperucita® sliced Panela Cheese accompanied with mushrooms and peppers. They are easy to prepare and a perfect option for your weekly menu.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 12 beef steak
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 2 cups Caperucita® sliced Panela cheese
  • 2 tablespoons vegetal oil
  • 1 cup red onion, in plasters
  • 1 cup oyster mushroom, in plasters
  • 2 jalapeño peppers, in plasters
  • 1 cup green bell pepper, in plasters
  • 1 cup red bell pepper, in plasters
  • 2 tablespoons liquid seasoning
  • 1/4 cups coriander, finely chopped
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • enough corn tortilla, To accompany
  • enough avocado, slices, to accompany
  • enough chili peppers, To accompany

Preparation

On a board, place a piece of beef steak, salt and pepper on both sides, add two pieces of sliced Panela Cheese Little Red Riding Hood® on top of the meat, roll up and hold with wooden toothpicks. Reserve until use.
On a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat and cook the red onion until it is bright. Add the mushrooms, the cuaresmeño chili, the green bell pepper and the red bell pepper, cook without stopping moving for 5 minutes. Add the steak rolls with cheese, lower the heat and cook until they begin to brown, then add the cilantro and pour in the seasoning juice; season with a little salt and pepper, integrate the ingredients and cook for 6 more minutes. Remove from heat.
Serve hot, accompanied with tortillas, avocado, lemon and toreado chiles.

PRESENTATION

Enjoy with avocado, lemon and chili peppers.

TIPS

If you don't want to secure them with toothpicks, you can freeze the steak rolls so they don't lose their shape.
