Ingredients

6 portions
  • 5 poblano peppers
  • 1 boneless chicken breast, cooked and shucked
  • 2 corn, shelled
  • 1 onion, filleted
  • 100 grams sour cream
  • salt, to taste
  • 1 branch epazote
  • Oil Oleic®
  • 1/3 cups chicken soup

Preparation

Fry the sliced ​​onion until it is sharp.
Cook the corn grains in 1/2 l of water with a little salt and an epazote leaves. Cook 10 to 12 minutes, strain and let cool.
Chop the poblano pepper in thin strips.
Incorporate the strips of chili with the onion acitronada. Cook until 8 to 9 minutes over low heat.
Add the shredded chicken and the corn, add all the ingredients, mixing them with the chicken broth and salt. Season until the chicken broth evaporates.
Allow to cool to room temperature, then incorporate the sour cream and stir well. Accompany with flour tortillas or crackers.

TIPS

To reduce the itching of the slices, soak them in milk for 10 minutes.
