Ingredients

5 portions
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 can cream, of elote Herdez®
  • 2 cans evaporated milk
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Water, necessary amount
  • salt, to taste

Preparation

Put salt water and garlic cloves in a pot over medium heat.
Wash the carrots and peel them, cut small pieces for quick cooking.
File the onion and reserve.
Add the carrots to the water to which they are cooked.
Add the cooked carrots and the can of corn cream and a can of evaporated milk and fight.
Sauté the butter with the onion and add the liquefied.
Add another can of evaporated milk with 3 tablespoons of the water of the cooked carrots.
Let it boil approx. 15 minutes and add salt to taste, once it boils.
Move for 5 minutes and remove.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with croutons of bread, dried pumpkin and carrot.
