Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 chayote squash
  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 cups broccoli
  • 150 grams cream cheese
  • 1 can cream, Herdez® poblano chile cream
  • 1 can corn, Herdez®
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons spinach
  • 2 cubes chicken broth powder
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 45 grams butter
  • black pepper, to taste
  • salt, to taste

Preparation

Peel potatoes and chayotes; and cook for 20 minutes. Reserve.
Cook broccoli for 5 minutes. Reserve.
In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat and add the finely chopped garlic.
Add the can of poblano chile poblano cream to the butter and mix well.
Blend potatoes, chayote and broccoli with the carnation milk, cream cheese, 2 cups of milk and cubes of Knorr Switzerland and add to the casserole.
Mix well, add the tin of Herdez® drained corn.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.

PRESENTATION

You can decorate with fried tortilla strips and cubes of Manchego cheese.
