Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 kilo guava, halved and seedless
  • 1 kilo sugar
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 cup cajeta - Mexican carmelized goat milk sweet
  • 1/4 cups walnut

Preparation

The guavas are cooked with water to cover until they are soft, grind and strain.
Apart, the sugar is put over the fire with water and when you take a candy point, add the guava and let it thicken for a few minutes.
