Preparation
Cook the corn with the pork, garlic, laurel and pepper in a pot with enough water. Add the two tablespoons of McCormick® Chicken Broth
Blend green tomatoes with serrano pepper, epazote, cilantro, oregano and McCormick® Ground Cumin.
Add to the cooking of corn. Cook the preparation for 30 minutes.
Serve accompanied by the garnish.
