Fry the garlic with onion and chile pasilla. (Without being burned because bitter).
Cook the screw paste in boiling water with salt and oil.
Grind the pasilla chili, the onion, the garlic with the chipotle, a splash of water and cream.
Fry the sauce and pour in the pasta.
