Preparation
Cook the chicken in enough water, add salt and garlic clove. Remove from the water when it is cooked and leave to rest to crumble the breasts.
Remove the avocado bone and place the pulp in the blender, along with ¼ tza. water, salt and lemon juice.
Heat the tortillas lightly until they are flexible and place some of the shredded chicken.
Roll and cook in hot oil until golden brown.
Remove the excess oil from the flutes and serve with the avocado sauce and sprinkle the cheese.
