The Vitamin C porridge is what I prepare for my baby in summer, fresh for his pansita and sweet to his palate. I recommend giving it to him after 10 months, when he can eat acidic food.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 mangos ataulfos
  • 3 guayabas maduras
  • 1 taza de jugo de naranja
  • 1 rebanada de piña sin corazón
  • 1/2 taza de yogurt (opcional)

Preparation

Peel the mangoes and remove the seeds from the guavas and reserve
Put it in the blender along with the other ingredients except the orange juice and sugar
Turn on your blender and add the juice as needed.
Strain the previous mixture if you think it is necessary

PRESENTATION

Decorate with pieces of one of the fruits

TIPS

When your baby grows up you can freeze this porridge a little and make ice cream or leave them in molds to make delicious popsicles
