If you are looking for a quick and healthy snack, you have to make this delicious recipe it is very easy to make, you only need hummus, avocado, nopales and panela cheese. Your family will love it.

Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1/2 Cup of nopal
  • 6 pieces of cherry tomato
  • 1/2 piece of avocado
  • 1/4 of piece of onion
  • 250 grams of Panela cheese
  • 1 piece of green lemon
  • 1/4 of Cup of hummus
  • 4 pieces of corn tortilla chip nopal
  • 1 teaspoonful of Oil Oleic®
  • black pepper to taste

    Preparation

    Chop onion, tomatoes, avocado and panela cheese.
    In a bowl mix the nopales with the onion, the avocado, the toamtes, the Oleic® Oil and the pepper.
    Add the panela cheese and mix until integrated. Spread some hummus on each toast, serve the salad and sprinkle the chili powder to taste.

    PRESENTATION

    Accompany with rice and beans.
