Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1/2 piece of chicken breast without skin or bone, cut into strips
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 piece of pumpkin washed and disinfected
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 Cup of watercress
  • 1 piece of Peach washed and disinfected, cut into slices
  • 2/3 of Cup of olive oil for the vinaigrette
  • 1/4 of Cup of balsamic vinegar for the vinaigrette
  • 1 pinch of black pepper for the vinaigrette
  • 1 pinch of Salt for the vinaigrette

    Preparation

    Season the chicken strips and fry in a pan over medium heat with oil. Reservation.
    With the help of a peeler, make pumpkin strips. Cook in the same pan of chicken until soft and seasoning. Reservation.
    Place a bed of watercress on a plate, with chicken, pumpkins and slices of peach.
