The black pasta with huitlacoche is a fusion of Mexican and Italian food. The huitlacoche is a Mexican ingredient mixed in the pasta is delicious. When you have to be very good with your guests, prepare it.

Ingredients

  • 3 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 150 grams of huitlacoche corn mushroom you can use canned
  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • 250 grams of pasta
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 1 corn Cooked
  • to taste of black pepper to taste

    Preparation

    Add the oil in a pan, fry the chopped garlic and onion until golden brown. Make sure everything is finely chopped
    Remove the water to the tuna, and add to the pan. Fry the tuna, stirring the mixture for 5 minutes. Until the tuna begins to brown.
    Add the chopped tomatoes, crushing the same to obtain a sauce consistency. Approx 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper to your liking.
    Add the huitlacoche to the mixture and the grains of the corn. Make sure to store a few grains of corn for plating.
    Simultaneously boil 5 liters of water in a pot. Add olive oil, a couple of onion slices and salt. Put the paste once the water is living. Cook the pasta until it is "al dente" (approx 8-12 minutes).
    Drain the pasta and add the sauce.
    Serve with corn kernels and chives.
