Ingredients

4 portions
  • 300 grams pasta, black
  • 15 prawns
  • .5 grams saffron
  • 1 pumpkin
  • 1 onion
  • 250 grams cream
  • to taste chives, finely chopped
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • to taste olive oil
  • 1/4 cups parmesan cheese

Preparation

Cook the pastry in boiling water with salt and a drizzle of olive oil for 12 minutes.
Cook the shrimp in boiling salted water. Once cooked, peel them and season them with finely chopped onion. Peel the prawns.
