Ingredients

4 servings
  • 10 cannelloni
  • 250 grams of curd
  • 400 grams of fresh spinach
  • 1 egg
  • 50 grams of Parmesan cheese
  • 1 onion chopped and sautéed in a little oil
  • 2 grams of Salt
  • 2 grams of White pepper
  • 2 grams of nutmeg

    Preparation

    Wash spinach and reserve. To put a pot with little amount of water and when it is boiling put to cook the spinach. Let them cook for 7-8 minutes. Strain and let cool. Then, drain well to remove as much water as possible. Chop and reserve.
    In a bowl place the cottage cheese, add the chopped spinach, the onion sautéed, the grated cheese, the egg, the nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well to integrate the ingredients. Fill the cannelloni.
    Place in a rectangular baking dish a little tomato sauce, the cannelloni, another layer of sauce and finish covering them with the white sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese and cook at 180 degrees for approx. 30 to 40 minutes. Serve immediately. How rich are they?
