Preparation
In a pot with hot water add salt of grain and onion put the shells to cook and between 18 and 20 minutes so that they are al dente.

Once cooked, the shells are stuffed with manchego cheese, they are placed in a glass mold and the spinach sauce is applied and the parmesan cheese is baked for 10 minutes at 150 degrees.
They are removed from the oven and served hot.
