One day prepare this recipe among some friends and they like it a lot, that's why I want to share it with you, I hope you like it and want to make it very simple but very tasty.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • pasta, of large shells
  • 4 bunches spinach
  • 1/2 garlic
  • manchego cheese
  • olive oils
  • black pepper
  • cream
  • milks
  • parmesan cheese
  • cream cheeses
  • 1/4 onions
  • salt

Preparation

In a pot with hot water add salt of grain and onion put the shells to cook and between 18 and 20 minutes so that they are al dente.
Wash the spinach and in a pot with boiling water cook a little salt and onion (8 minutes approx.) Once cooked, drain in a strainer and press to remove the liquid in a processor put the spinach the cheese double cream milk (3 tablespoons) cream pepper olive oil (3 tablespoons) a little salt and grind has to be smooth not very liquid.
Once cooked, the shells are stuffed with manchego cheese, they are placed in a glass mold and the spinach sauce is applied and the parmesan cheese is baked for 10 minutes at 150 degrees.
They are removed from the oven and served hot.

PRESENTATION

On a plate are served (7 shells per person) and good profit.

TIPS

I could add a little golden bacon.
