Ingredients

6 servings
  • enough of Water
  • enough of Salt
  • 500 grams of spaghetti or the pasta of your preference
  • 1 package of FUD® Chopped Bacon 200g
  • 1 tablespoon of Butter
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic
  • 1 Cup of whipping cream
  • 1/2 Cup of milk
  • 2 cups of Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups of chicken cooked and cut into cubes
  • enough of Parmesan cheese to serve
  • enough of parsley finely chopped

    Preparation

    Heat the water in a pot and bring it to a boil, add the salt and when it boils again, cook the pasta until it is al dente, strain, cool, and reserves.
    Heat a deep skillet over medium heat and cook the FUD® Chopped Bacon until golden brown, add the butter and fry the garlic. Add the whipping cream and milk and, when it reaches boiling point, add the Parmesan cheese, cook until melted, add chicken and pasta, add and season.
    Serve the pasta on a plate and decorate with more Parmesan cheese, parsley and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Garnish with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.

    TIPS

    The the pasta should be al dente, or alittle hard, when you finish cooking it so that when you add it to the sauce, it is not overcooked.
