Chicken is a very good source of protein, phosphorus, and vitamin B6. The combination of pasta and chicken make this a nutritious recipe for your baby to have a complete meal. What is it for? Chicken will strengthen your baby's immune system and help build his bones and teeth.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 10 baby carrots
  • 1/4 cups celery, chopped
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1 cup pasta, of cooked stars

Preparation

In a pot with boiling water, cook the chicken for 3 minutes.
Add the carrots, celery, onion, pasta and cook for 5 more minutes or until all the ingredients are soft and well cooked. Drain and reserve the broth.
Blend all the ingredients except the pasta, until it becomes a puree, add a little broth if necessary.
Mix the puree with the cooked star paste.
Let cool and serve.

PRESENTATION

Serve on a flat plate, decorate with a coriander leaf.
