Preparation
Cook the pasta according to the package directions.
Prepare a roux with the flour and butter, integrate with a balloon whisk and let it brown a little.
Add lyncott cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg. If it is very thick, add milk.
Mix the sauce with the codito, add pieces of serrano ham. Place in a refractory that can be baked.
