Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 package elbow pasta , Luigi
  • 1 cup lyncott cream
  • 1 ladle flour
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 100 grams Serrano ham
  • 1/2 cups ground bread
  • Dried oregano
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • nutmegs

Preparation

Cook the pasta according to the package directions.
Prepare a roux with the flour and butter, integrate with a balloon whisk and let it brown a little.
Add lyncott cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg. If it is very thick, add milk.
Mix the sauce with the codito, add pieces of serrano ham. Place in a refractory that can be baked.
Mix the ground bread with oregano, salt and pepper. Sprinkle over the pasta.
Bake for 10 min or until the bread is browned.
