  • 250 grams elbows pasta, of Luigi
  • 1 package Bay bean
  • 8 slices gruyere cheese
  • 8 slices bread, with olive oil
  • 1/4 cups cream
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can fresh milk
  • 1 Cube chicken broth
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 1 Cube chicken consommé


We boil 2 liters of water with salt our code Luigi de La Moderna.
In the blender place the bag of bay beans or the 2 cups of cooked beans, with the cream the milks and liquefy at high speed.
In the saucepan place 2 teaspoons of butter and 2 of olive oil and pour the blender mixture, over low heat, once it is about to boil place the codito and let boil for 2 minutes over low heat.
To place, place two scoops on each plate, and add 2 slices of golden bread, and on top of them the 2 slices of Gruyere cheese per dish, and place in the microwave oven for 20 seconds to gratinate.
You have to serve hot, and add the green chile if you want it to bite a bit.
