Coditos in Avocado Sauce

The creamy coditos are always an ideal option to share with your family, prepare these coditos in a creamy sauce of avocado with cilantro and walnut. This pasta is a very delicious and easy option for food.

Ingredients

10 servings
  • 3 cups of Water
  • 2 spoonfuls of Salt
  • 2 cups of elbow pasta
  • 2 spoonfuls of Margarina Primavera® Olive Oils Special (bar 90 g)
  • 1 clove of garlic for avocado sauce
  • 1/2 Cup of White onion cut in quarters, for avocado sauce
  • 1/4 of Cup of nut for avocado sauce
  • 2 pieces of avocado for avocado sauce
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 Cup of fresh cheese to decorate
  • to taste of avocado to decorate
  • to taste of coriander to decorate

    Preparation

    For the pasta, in a pot heat the water until it reaches a boiling point, add a tablespoon of salt, cook the pasta until it is al dente. Strain cools and reserves.
    Heat a pot with the Margarine Primavera® Olive oil, cook the garlic, onion, walnut, add the sour cream, cream cheese and cook until the cheese dissolves, remove from the pan and cool. Blend together with cilantro and avocado, salt and pepper, until you get a smooth sauce.
    In a bowl mix the coditos with the avocado sauce, serve with fresh cheese, avocado cubes and coriander sprigs. Enjoy

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with fresh cheese, cubes of avocado and cilantro.

    TIPS

    Blanch the cilantro so that the color of your sauce is greener and brighter.
