Prepare this delicious creamy cold paste of coditos with yogurt, blueberries, green grapes, apple and the incredible flavor of the toasted nut for this Christmas. Ingredients

14 portions
  • 2 liters Water
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 cup elbow pasta , #2
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1 cup natural yogurt
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cups Pineapple in syrup, cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cups Turkey ham, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cups seedless green grape, cut in half
  • 1/4 cups dehydrated cranberry
  • 1/4 cups roasted nut

Preparation

Heat the water in a pot until it reaches a boiling point, add the salt and cook the pasta until it is al dente. Strain the pasta, bathe with cold water and olive oil. Reservation.
In a bowl add the yogurt with the cream and mix with a little salt, add the pasta.
Add the pineapple, ham, apple, grape, cranberry and walnut.
Serve the salad and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a pasta dish.

TIPS

You can substitute Greek yogurt for natural yogurt or sour cream, whichever you like the most.
