Ingredients

4 portions
  • 100 grams short pasta, of coditos
  • 1 can Pineapple in syrup
  • 4 twigs celery
  • 5 slices Ham, (thick cut, cut into squares)
  • 1/2 cups cream
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • chicken bouillon
  • salt, and pepper

Preparation

In a saucepan with boiling water, add chicken broth and pasta. When it is al dente, drain it and put it in a bowl with cold water.
Sliced ​​ham and pineapple in medium cubes. The celery chops finely.
In a separate bowl, mix the cream, mayonnaise and pineapple juice until they are completely integrated. Then, pour it over the pasta and stir carefully.
Mix everything with the pasta.
Cover the pasta with plastic wrap or place it in a closed container, refrigerate for an hour before serving.
