Preparation
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Two minutes before the end of the cooking time, add the asparagus previously blunted and cut into pieces. Boil everything together for the last 2 minutes, then reserve a cup of cooking liquid from the pan before draining the pasta and vegetables.
Pass the pasta and asparagus to a bowl with ice and cold water. Leave it for 5-10 minutes.
Add the lemon zest, the lemon juice, the cherry tomato, salt and pepper.
Decorate with a leaf of basil.
