There is no food more fun than a mouse made of hard-boiled egg and presented on dry pasta with cream and a rich salad. It is a perfect dish for children, especially for those who do not like to eat vegetables.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 250 grams of Soup of pasta Sultis Disney Mickey Mouse tricolor
  • 3 cups of chicken soup cold
  • 2 twigs of parsley
  • 2 teaspoons of Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of black pepper
  • 2/3 of Cup of whipping cream
  • 4 eggs cooked and without peel
  • 1 sausage
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 cups of cherry tomato
  • 1 green lemon
  • 4 leaves of Romaine lettuce
  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese

Preparation

Add 2 cups of chicken stock to a pot, heat it and when it breaks the boiling point, add the Sultis Disney Mickey Mouse® paste, reduce the temperature and cook without covering the preparation for 5 minutes, if necessary, add more broth.
Add the sprigs of coriander and rectify the seasoning, if necessary add salt and pepper. Increase the temperature and cook for 4 more minutes or until the preparation dries, taking care not to stick the pasta. Once ready, remove the paste and allow it to cool.
Add the cream and mix perfectly.
Decorate the egg in the shape of a mouse, where the sausage will be his ears, carrots his whiskers, and for the eyes, use a down with edible paint.
Cut the cheddar cheese into triangles and perfórale circles.

PRESENTATION

Serve on a nice plate.

TIPS

To the water where you are going to cook the egg, add vinegar and salt, to prevent it from breaking.
