Ingredients

10 portions
  • 500 grams fusilli pasta, From Luigi High Protein
  • 3/4 cups olive oil
  • 250 grams mozzarella cheese, or panela
  • 1 1/2 cups black olive
  • 200 grams cherry tomato
  • 3 tablespoons wine vinegar
  • 15 leaves basil
  • 1/2 teaspoons oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoons thyme
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, drain and chill with water.
Mace in the vinegar the crushed odorous herbs, at 20 minutes add the oil the salt and the pepper and mix well.
