Preparation
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. When this list, go through a colander and put under cold water. Rinse and reserve in a deep bowl.
Add the cucumbers, onion, black olives, feta cheese, tomatoes and arugula to the pasta and stir. Season with 1/4 teaspoon of pepper.
To prepare the dressing, mix the lemon juice with the olive oil, oregano, 1/4 teaspoon of pepper and 1/8 teaspoon of salt. Stir well.
Add the dressing to the pasta salad with the vegetables and cheese and stir.
Let cool a few minutes in the refrigerator and serve it very cold.
