These rolls are exquisite, you can fill with salmon, tuna, grilled beef steak, ground beef and chicken. Do not change the combination of vegetables and mango, that gives a delicious touch.


6 portions
  • 1 package farfalle pasta, The Modern 220 g
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 liters Water
  • 6 leaves nori seaweed
  • 1/2 cucumbers, peeled, seedless and in strips
  • 1 carrot, large, cut into thin strips
  • 1 branch celery, cut into strips
  • 2 sticks surimi, in strips
  • 50 grams shrimp, Cooked
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 mangos, petacón, peeled, boned and cut into strips
  • 1/2 avocados, peeled, deboned and cut into strips
  • 1 stick cream cheese, 190 g
  • 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 1 lemon, its juice
  • 1/3 cups soy sauce
  • blacks sesame seeds, to decorate


Put 2 liters of water to the fire, when you let it boil, you drop the soup. Add the sesame oil, apple cider vinegar and salt. Reduce the flame and cover the pot. At 12 minutes turn off and let stand about 3 minutes.
Drain the pasta perfectly.
Meanwhile, in a bowl stir the shallow shrimp, onion and mayonnaise.
In another bowl mix the orange juice, lemon juice and soy sauce, reserve and refrigerate.
In a bamboo mat, covered with plastic, center a sheet of seaweed, spread a thin layer of soup of loin paste, press, leaving a free space of 3 cm at each end of the algae.
In the center of the seaweed, form a row with strips of surimi, celery, cucumber, carrot, avocado, shrimp with mayonnaise, mango and cream cheese.
Roll the bamboo mat, taking care to form a uniform roll. Repeat the same procedure. To finish the 6 rolls.
We take the rolls to the freezer for about 1 hour to harden a bit, to be able to slice the sushi.


Slicing the sushi, sprinkle sesame and accompany the soy sauce mixture. And those who love spicy as some chiles toreados.Es a very Mexicanized sushi.


Orange juice can be substituted for mandarin juice or combine several citrus fruits to reduce the flavor of soy sauce. It is perfect with tangerine juice, grapefruit, orange and a touch of lemon, the taste is unmatched. The same I recommend to make the mixture of the shrimp with the onion, use mayonnaise with lemon juice. Rolls made with modern pasta should be frozen to slightly harden to obtain flawless slices.
