Preparation
Put the pasta in boiling water with a little salt to cook and when it is al dente it drains and reserves.
The chicken breast is cooked and once cooked it is cut into small cubes.
In a large bowl, mix the pasta with the chicken and sliced peaches and mix gently.
To prepare the sauce in a small bowl with the help of a spatula, mix mayonnaise with jam, chopped onion, cilantro and pepper.
Empty into the bowl where we have the pasta mixture and stir slightly.
It is refrigerated and served cold.
