Preparation
Boil a large pot with water and plenty of salt to cook the pasta.
Once the water is boiling, cook the pasta for 6-7 minutes or until it is al dente, drain the pasta immediately and pour cold water to cool.
In a deep bowl mix the pasta with the tomato, salami, cheese, olives and elotitos.
In another deep bowl make the vinaigrette mix the olive oil, the balsamic vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
Add the dressing to the pasta and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
