Preparation
Boil water with salt and oil, and add the spaghetti.
Blend the cream with the chipotle and add 1/2 cup of the syrup juice.
Heat a pan and melt the butter, add the cream and when it breaks the boil add the spaghetti, mix and let cool.
In a bowl pour the spaghetti, chopped pineapple, chopped serrano ham and chopped parsley.
Serve on a platter and garnish with Parmesan cheese.
