A very fresh pasta with a Thai touch, prepare some noodles with a very original dressing and perfect vegetables.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 3 peas, and carrot La Huerta
  • 180 Noodles, soba
  • 1/2 cups fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1/4 cups sesame seed
  • 1/4 cups soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 1 lime, juice
  • 1 sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon bee honey
  • 1 teaspoon pasta, miso
  • 2 teaspoons ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce

Preparation

For the sauce: Integrate all the ingredients until they are emulsified. Reservation.
Heat a pot with water.
Toast the sesame with care not to burn.
When the water boils, place the noodles in 1, until they are cooked al dente and rinse them in cold water.
Combine the noodles, with the vegetables and cover with the dressing. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and cilantro.
