Ingredients

  • 3 peas and carrot La Huerta
  • 180 noodles soba

  • 1/4 of Cup of soy sauce
  • 2 spoonfuls of peanut oil
  • 1 green lemon juice
  • 1 sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of bee honey
  • 1 teaspoonful of pasta miso
  • 2 teaspoons of ginger grated
  • 1 teaspoonful of siracha sauce

    Preparation

    For the sauce: Integrate all the ingredients until they are emulsified. Reservation.
    Heat a pot with water.
    Toast the sesame with care not to burn.
